National Civic Organization Issues Statement on Tumbler Ridge Tragedy, Expresses Solidarity with Canadians

Statement on the Tumbler Ridge Tragedy
The United Promotion Council of Canadian Public Affairs expresses its deepest sorrow and heartfelt condolences to the families, friends, and communities affected by the tragic shooting incident in Tumbler Ridge, British Columbia.
The loss of innocent lives — especially young students and dedicated educators — is a profound tragedy that has shaken communities across Canada. At this difficult moment, we stand in solidarity with the people of Tumbler Ridge and with all Canadians who are mourning this heartbreaking loss.
We extend our sincere gratitude to the first responders, teachers, school staff, and community members who acted with courage and compassion to protect others during this crisis.
As a national civic organization committed to public well-being, social harmony, and community engagement, the United Promotion Council of Canadian Public Affairs reaffirms its dedication to supporting initiatives that promote safety, mutual understanding, and stronger communities across Canada.
