【多伦多讯】 2026年2月5日晚，加拿大福建社团联合总会第五届常务理事会换届选举在多伦多樽宴大酒楼隆重举行。来自各福建社团的百余位乡亲齐聚一堂，共同见证新一届理事会的诞生。经民主选举，林绍焰成功当选第五届加拿大福建社团联合总会主席。

汇聚福建力量 服务加拿大社会
旅居加拿大的福建乡亲已超过十万人，是加拿大华人社区中极具影响力的重要群体，广泛活跃于商业、餐饮、建筑、贸易及服务业等多个领域。为整合各社团资源、加强团结协作，大多伦多地区福建社团于2010年联合成立加拿大福建社团联合总会，通过民主选举产生领导机构，开启了福建社团协同发展的新阶段。
经过多年发展，总会现已成为加拿大规模最大的华人社团之一，拥有众多团体会员及数万会员，在团结福建乡亲、促进融入主流社会、推动多元文化建设、加强中加经贸与文化交流等方面发挥了积极而重要的作用。
新一届理事会表示，未来将继续秉承“团结、服务、发展、贡献”的宗旨，进一步凝聚福建社团力量，深化社区服务，推动加拿大华人社区与主流社会的交流合作，为促进中加友好关系及多元文化发展贡献更大的力量。

New Executive Council Elected
Shaoyan Lin Becomes President of the Canadian Fujian Associations Federation
Toronto, Feb. 5, 2026 — The Canadian Fujian Associations Federation successfully held its Fifth Executive Council election at Crown Prince Fine Dining. Witnessed by over one hundred community representatives, Shaoyan Lin was elected President of the Fifth Executive Council.
Founded in 2010 to unite Fujian community organizations across Canada, the Federation has grown into one of the country’s largest Chinese community organizations, representing tens of thousands of members. It plays a key role in community integration, multicultural development, and the promotion of Canada–China economic and cultural exchanges.
The newly elected leadership pledged to continue strengthening community unity, expanding social services, and contributing to Canada’s multicultural society while further promoting friendship and cooperation between Canada and China.
